These once were the earrings of Mod Mauve Maude,
An otter-pawed posh pirate with a big ol’ swahrd,
We hit it off right away and were straight hob-nobbin’,
just a violet otter pirate and an odd mothgoblin,
I told her I admired her style,
and she invited me on board.
And then
She cracked open several mollusks with a rock on her belly, kebab’d the innards on her sword, and offered me the first bite by pointing it like, right at my face. I told her thanks but I don’t have any real chewing mouth parts, and she seemed delighted to eat all of them herself. We probably won’t hang out again, not really my vibe at all, but Maude’s good people.
